The Body Balancing Channels

Body Balancing A includes frequencies for flooding the cells with oxygen and helping to relieve the body's stress while fighting disease or infections.

Body Balancing B helps to reduce the inflammatory process in the lungs and supports the respiratory system.

Body Balancing C helps to relieve stress on the cardiovascular system and assists in increased circulation.

Body Balancing D helps to relieve stress on the digestive system, thereby increasing healthy food absorption, relieving indigestion and acid/alkaline imbalances.

Body Balancing E relieves stress on the nervous system and is helpful in pain relief associated with chronic illness.

Each of these Body Balancing channels can be effectively used with the Cyma Five to create powerful healing potential' in the body. Begin by deciding the amount of time you have to spend each day for morning and/or evening sessions. Each channel is thirty minutes in length. Two channels can be played back to back if you need them both. Remember the expected results of the channel. It is not suggested that you play a vitality channel later in the afternoon, as it may affect natural sleep patterns. It is not recommended to drink a lot of caffeine before running the stress protocol. It is not advised to run the channels for hours on end. The body is able to make use of the "sound information" when used consistently in 30-60 minute sessions, most generally twice a day.

If you have health challenges that require using several channels, you may have to alternate with every other day usage, depending on the channels, the time of day and your lifestyle. Every step you take toward the improvement of your health is a good one. It is also suggested that you keep a journal or list of the channels you are using and the times, so that you can see which ones are netting the greatest results.
